Pros: I enjoy being able to work closely with the customer to ensure their needs, wants, and expectations are met in regards to maintaining the project plan within the defined SLA, training the end-users on how to utilize the software, as well as sustaining customer/product follow-up to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and product satisfaction.
Cons: The 90% travel time on the road. The lack of communications between certain upper-management team members and the customer.
