Not easy too get along with, too much drug excuses. Does not want to enforce work ethic, so everyone has the same amount of work. Too many favorites, and not enough pay. The waitstaff is very favored, the staff does not get along.

Pros: Positive atmosphere
Cons: Low pay and can’t really get more than a couple days off of paid time off at one time it seems.. only people with at least 3 years here seem to be able to really use their vacation time. Due to being short staffed.

Pros: I enjoy the creative aspect of the job, and the relatively low stress atmosphere.
Cons: Constant cutting, and/or burning myself. Minor injuries are a daily occurrence.
