Interesting.
Line Cook in Chattanooga:

June 2020
Fast pace, high stress, repetitive.
Line Cook in Minneapolis:
Pros: Knowing that I can make good food and help teach others how to cook well too
Cons: I do not like how boring it is at times also standing and running around wears on your feet and knees a lot also constantly bending down for items has been hurting my back lately but I power through it
May 2020
Tons of fun, stressful, and overwhelming.
Line Cook in North Vancouver:
Pros: Being able to cook amazing food a Nd making people happy
Cons: No free food, I have to tip waitresses to sit at the bar after my shift even if it’s empty. I spent the night making waitresses more in tips than I make in 2 days of 16hrs of work. I shouldn’t have to pay them. I have been told my work ethic is bad when it’s one of the best and had managers apologize for their actions. It should be the other way around. I have been told my work ethic is outstanding by many many people at different locations
April 2020
