How kind families are and how bad the education industry treats staff.
Nanny in Dublin:
Being a nanny can be the most joyous and rewarding of jobs. Believe in yourselves, when you meet a family you will know instantly if they are the right fit or not. Don't take a job that pays higher if you have a feeling that the family (parents or children) might treat you simply like staff and not a caring person who will live and be dedicated to their children's best interests. Most families will respect you and bring to into their homes like they would an aunties looking after their kids. If you have a qualification and experience don't sell your self lower then you are worth a family who fees their nanny as an important person in their child's life, moulding and loving their child will pay you an appropriate salary. One that pays minimum wage oh sees you as an easy option and may not respect your career or you as a person.
