Pros: HSA
Cons: Change Healthcare does not value its auxiliary locations nor its employees. A good work ethic isn't acknowledged nor adequately rewarded. The attendance policy is not fairly adhered to. Upper management is MIA on a weekly basis. Every year we are stripped of more benefits, and the pay isn't equal to the quality and quantity of work that is produced in the Operations Department. Nepotism. The work environment and our lack of good equipment is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
