Pros: Most lower level workers are great to work with and understand how to work within a team. Supervisors tend to leave you alone if you get your job done on a regular basis.
Cons: Poor communication from upper management all the way down. Many safety issues are fixed with duct tape and aren’t addressed in a timely manner or are neglected entirely, mostly due to repairs costing too much time and money.
