Pros: I like the people I work with and the set hours,you always have your weekends and there is overtime as well. I also enjoy learning how new products are built and what theyll be used for.

Left to run the facility alone. Daily call and visited once every couple weeks by one of the managers.

Pros: I enjoy the work. The thrill of running old worn out equipment keeps me on my toes.
Cons: The management walks by safety issues every time they are here. Yet, months years later you will be thrown under the bus as to why it is like that. You own it, your the boss and delegate, its the companies money. Why am i being singled out as a cause or promotor?
