Pros: Helping other people, and making sure patron's are safe and having a good time while there in our place of business. Taking care of the other Officer's.
Cons: No matter how hard you try to make the job a better place to work no-one care's about you or what you think.

Cons: No personnel time always be in duty anytime.

Shift Work.
Security Guard:
Pros: Walking exercise, meeting people of all ages and backgrounds, of different nationalities and languages, being able to speak 3 languages at work and much more.
Cons: It is now harder to move up and change positions due to medium unemployment situation occurrences. Position cuts are a content stress factor. Hard to do overtime.
