Training Specialist in Houston:
Pros: The job offers flexibility and allows me to try new things and gain new skills. They are very supportive of my ideas, no matter how big or costly they may be. I love this job.
Cons: I hate that it is contract with no plans to become full-time. I also dislike my pay rate and lack of benefits.

Cons: Lower pay than others for the work preformed.

Pros: Talking and training the trainees. Helping them excel in their career.
Cons: The um ethical way HR and Managment treat and lie the trainees. Bringing in trainees with the promise of a shift and or job kmow there are no postions avaliable. Bringing the people in just for numbers to send to the Japanese. Company only based off of numbers. Not people centered as shown on website and in training powerpoints.
