Training Specialist in Detroit:
Pros: It is enjoyable working in an urban area. There is a nascent recovery beginning in Detroit. The cost of living is not bad either. The Downtown and Midtown areas are enjoyable and safe.
Cons: Public transportation is dreadful. Police protection outside of Downtown and Midtown is not adequate.

Training Specialist:
Pros: I like that I get to meet new people when I do training. I get to travel as well, because sometimes the customer wants the trainer to go to their facility instead.
Cons: I hate that they do nothing to help me get a better pay, and it feels like they do not see me as a person.

Training Specialist:
Pros: New challenges and it evolves with time. It pushes your mind to the limit. You always go to bed after a thorough researches in preparation for the next day.
Cons: Going on the road for several days giving in cab training.

Training Specialist:
It is important to find ways to connect with trainees to effectively deliver training. It is hard to convey your message when you do not fully understand the audience. Training Specialists excel when training is delivered in multiple formats to meet the variances in learning development levels.

Pros: I get to leave my work at work, great team with lots of flexibility and creativity. Get to work directly with government clients.
Cons: No growth opportunity. Underpaid.

Pros: The best part is imparting training and finding the very details through niche audits, then coaching further.
Cons: Providing thankless and boring job of floor support.
