Netcracker Technology Corp. Reviews
What is it like working at Netcracker Technology Corp.?
Great place to learn, lots of generous opportunities.
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Mexico City:
Pros: Remote work and trusted
Cons: Somewhat blurred leadership
Good place for juniors and not really convinient for Seniors.
Software Engineer in Voronezh:
Pros: Really good place for juniors to grow. There are lots of interesting tasks appearing at a fast pace. For those who do not have own family and have lots of free time, it's a great opportunity. Business trips abroad are also possible.
Cons: There's an unpleasant culture in the company. People overloaded with lots of urgent tasks. There's no work/private-life balance. The promotion is a possible benefit only for them who can afford working overtime and at weekends for free.
Some engineers burnout and become rude. There's no knowledge sharing, only references to Google.
The culture pattern is typical heroical. The plans are truly unreal. Departments cannot communicate in a friendly way.
