CACI International Inc Reviews

What is it like working at CACI International Inc?

SA work is great when I am not pulled into other work.
Solutions Architect in Falls Church:
Pros: Mission of the customer, large Gov't project where I am lead.
Cons: too many hours and not enough resources to support lightening my workload below 60-70 hours a week.
Senior Software Engineer in Austin:
Pros: Great teammates
Cons: The restrictions on the development environment and restriction on the development tools allowed.
I enjoy training, scheduling training & participating in training programs.
Training Coordinator in Colorado Springs:
Pros: the people i work with
Cons: the pay
Software Developer in Washington:
It is the same as any other contracting company...Mistakes are made, policies change and people turn over at the beginning of a new contract. The rate at which leave is earned is about the same as any other company, technology learning is limited, and the disconnect to local vs. Corporate is typical.
Help the company be better and safer at what they do.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in Colorado Springs:
Pros: They are very versatile, get the job done.
Cons: Young Eng. not knowing there jobs
Acquire, cut growth, repeat.
Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer in Centreville:
Pros: Benefit package in my group is better than most of people at CACI
Cons: Despite acquiring a lot of companies, they do it poorly. Horrible HR and communication practices. Aggressive cost cutting ignores the asset that talented people are. Makes it harder to serve our customers without proper support. Unable to innovate without sufficient R&D budget.
Good. Seeking new challenges.
Background Investigator in Kingsport:
Pros: I am well respected and trusted. Everyone can count on me without question.
Cons: Not sure. Its a fine job right now.
