Noel Leeming Reviews
What is it like working at Noel Leeming?
Like life, sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s not.
Sales Consultant in Invercargill:
Pros: The personal development, training, and leadership. They make the role. Expectations are clear. Training is on par. The personal development of their is the focus of the leadership. The team culture is very strong, we are all here for each other and our customers.
Cons: It’s not often we are told we are doing a good job, or that our efforts matter. We work in service of our team, but management could spend more time recognizing good behavior rather than only positing out mistakes. Management is rarely harsh without good reason, but it would mean a lot if we heard that we were needed from our leaders.
