Ray White Reviews
What is it like working at Ray White?
Not enjoyable.
Senior Sales Associate in Gold Coast:
Pros: Providing the best customer service and helping my vendors and buyers
Cons: Insufficient pay and unapproachable management
A Different Experience.
Property Manager in Brisbane:
Pros: The software used is very automated making many tasks quick to complete
Cons: Lack of support and appreciation
Great place to work.
Assistant Property Manager in Melbourne:
Pros: The atomosphere and can be very rewarding
Property Manager:
It started out great for the first year until the receptionist left and the bosses granddaughter took that position, with three close family members working within the same business and one who did not like me, it became very difficult to work there, hence I resigned after trying to stick it out for another year, I felt I was being stripped of my dignity and self respect.
Personal Assistant:
Pros: Great industry with SOME nice people to work alongside. Our admin assistant/receptionist was a gem and always happy to help.
Ray White have great training and celebration ceminars to attend free of charge.
Real estate is one of my favorite industries as I love meeting new people and seeing so many beautiful homes.
Cons: .I use my own car to put out signs and attention appointments (including picking my agents children up from school) but get no money back for fuel.
.Expected to work overtime due to the large work load each day but never paid overtime.
.Agent likes to use the 'give a little and get a little' phrase to get what is wanted (says if you do this then you'll get a little time off sort of thing) but it doesn't work if I need something (like time off for doctors).
.Haven't been offered or even suggested that there is room to receive a higher pay or move up in the long run (i.e. To a sales associate or prospecting assistant).
.Promised money for every person who I can add to the database through door knocking/cold calling but never saw any of it.
.Was bullied in the workplace and bought it up with my agent (as my agent is my manager) but nothing was ever done about it.
.Lots of stress with (sometime near-impossible) deadlines.
