Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc?

More expectations and work have been added to our daily jobs without fair compensation of doing so.
Child Care / Day Care Worker in Oklahoma City:
Pros: I love getting to work with children and families. I love that I get to be creative in my curriculum process and teaching.
Cons: I dislike the lack of communication and fair compensation for the work that is done and the work that is added onto our current job due to Covid and staff shortages.
Work here only if you WANT to (just regular spending money, not bill money), not because you NEED to.
Preschool Teacher, (but not Special Education) in Secaucus:
Pros: The children and the families for the most part.
Cons: The administration and the pay. Admin is very rude and likes to belittle you in front of others. Few bathroom breaks and you get grief if you need time off. Won't pay you what you're worth but also won't sign off for you to interview within the company where you can make more money.
Stressful but Fun.
Preschool Teacher, (but not Special Education) in San Mateo:
Pros: Conducting observation and create own curriculum base on children’s interest.
Cons: Growth opportunity
Very rewarding.
Child Care / Day Care Worker in Amsterdam:
Pros: Being part of a solution for working parents and making a difference in the lives of children
Cons: The pressure
It is rewarding work but does not pay enough.
Head Teacher in Dallas:
Pros: Helping children grow and develop
Cons: Poor policy enforcement on lazy employees.
Good company.
Daycare Teacher in Denver:
Pros: Educational support programs.
Cons: That others get paid more than me who do the same job and I've been here longer.
Our world as a young child.
Design Project Manager in Lancaster:
Pros: Contributing to creating great places for young children to grow and develop
Cons: Long hours
