Cohens Chemist Reviews

What is it like working at Cohens Chemist?

We have a brilliant little team of 4. Smashing all our targets but recieved no bonus for this.
Pharmacy Dispenser in Manchester:
Pros: Working with my colleagues and the public. I'm very confident in my job and love to give the best advise i can. I also love to dispense. From start to finish i make sure i see everything through to the end and try my very best to locate any unavailable stock.
Cons: I love everything really. The only thing that i don't like is that we all feel very unappreciated by the powers that be. Rubbish wages, no thanks, no bonus. I'm the only person in my branch who has worked every day through covid. I've cancelled my holidays 3 times for the business needs, done overtime where i can and never has time off sick.
Doing same jobs as a technician and getting paid way below.
Pharmacy Dispenser in Blackburn:
Pros: No comment
Cons: Lords of work and paid peanuts
They expect a lot for a little!
Dispenser in Bolton:
Pros: The staff
Cons: The pay
Pharmacy Counter Assistant:
Absolute awful company to work for. They don't care about their staff and are only interested in figures! I wouldn't advise anybody to work for this company as you will become severely depressed. They pay you minimum wage and expect you to do the work of 10 people.
