Hill-Rom Company Reviews
What is it like working at Hill-Rom Company?
Human Factors Engineer in Batesville:
Pros: The opportunity to work on different types of medical devices and also the work culture of design teams I work with.
Cons: Limited resources and organizational understanding of Human Factors Engineering.
Machine Learning Engineer in Milwaukee:
Pros.
Mostly positive working atmosphere and culture.
Lots to learn in medical device.
Company is working on several innovative devices. Lots of opportunities.
Cons.
They expect independence from you in the start.
The mandatory online training seems like a waste of time as most assigned training are not pertinent to every individual.
There's been a high turnover in my location mostly due to an ongoing shuffling of the leadership team. Seems shaky.
Overall, it's been a good place to work.
