Pros: Decently flexible work hours, only work half days on Fridays, I have my own office, not too far from home, etc.
Cons: Super low pay, not enough engineers for the amount of work there is, everything is top priority and needs to be done asap, upper management doesn't seem to care about employees only money, don't feel very appreciated as an employee or a person.
