Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd Reviews

What is it like working at Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd?

Great to support people but under appreciated and paid less than my peers.
Trainer, Employee / Human Resources (HR) in Manchester:
Pros: People empowerment, training and developing technical and behavioural skills in people
Cons: Bureaucratic, lip service given to lots of things which dilutes the genuine purpose.
A very good place to work and company.
Retail Sales Assistant in Bury St. Edmunds:
Pros: Customers and a varied role each day different
Cons: Not enough hours to pay all my bills
It is a good first job.
Retail Sales Assistant in Basingstoke:
Pros: The pay is good for a young part-time employee
Cons: The work is mundane and unfulfilling
Customer Service Assistant:
Pros: Good people to work with.
Cons: Everything.
Depressing.
Customer Service Assistant:
Pros: It gets me out of the house and provides me with an income.
Cons: Using your own brain is frowned upon, disability is considered an "inconvenience" at best, and communications to colleagues are printed in a way that they appear to be aimed at primary school children.
