99 Cents Only Stores Reviews

What is it like working at 99 Cents Only Stores?

It's a workout and keep u busy.
Stocker in Vallejo:
Pros: I get to work my own area and display items how I see fit
Cons: Not enough hours
I used to love it.All the young Mexicans move above me and I work everywhere in the store..I work more than management.
Cashier in Garden Grove:
Pros: Customers
Cons: My pay
Assistant Store Manager in San Diego:
Pay scale is well below other retailers. And you'll be expected to cover jobs daily for other employees who constantly call out but don't get terminated. Upper management consistently changes, and a few get fired after investigations. Medical insurance plan sucks, doesn't even cover asthma inhalers. Management moves stores at least yearly, and consistently farther away from your home with no compensation for increased drive.
Very satisfying.
Stocker in San Pedro:
Pros: The fact that we work as a team
Cons: Nothing
Hard work.
Assistant Store Manager in Walnut Creek:
Pros: The customers
Cons: They do not appreciate there faithful employees that have been there for years. No gratitude
Assistant Manager in Palm Desert:
It’s hard to remain motivated when you know you’re annual raise will be under $1 more per hour. The only reason to stay is because of the coworkers. Annual salary is far below average for assistant managers and store managers.
