Pros: I love the fact that I am trusted completely on my own to complete all 7 accounts I personally clean my self. I drive my own car. I work alone. But do work with the floor crew when they come in to resurface the floors and they are all great Co workers to work. Very kind at heart.. I just wish I was more appreciated by better pay.

ABM is a great company, but they operate like a mom and pop shop! Resources for you to effectively do your job is limited. They also overwork you, without any regard to work life balance. They pay who they want, but the pay scale can use some work too.
