Pros: Seeing a difference be made in those who are putting forth the effort in treatment! The facility is a co-occurring treatment center that admits those with a variety of mental health and substance use diagnosis.
Cons: The push for number of admissions with limited staff. Coworker who cover the inadequacies of their preferred peers. Being overworked, undertrained, and underpaid. Being told you’re not doing enough yet doing physically all you can.
Wear too many hats, All calls (nursing or not) go to charge phone, Patient safety is extremely compromised. No support from upper management. Always understaffed! Callouts never replaced, Incompetent staff, no training protocol.

Cons: The lack of monetary incentives or education incentives to stay with company. There is no appreciation for any staff member especially those who have been there for five years or more.
