Great or miserable.
Retail Sales Associate in Indianapolis:
Pros: Helping and interacting with all kinds of people.
Cons: Tons of down time when there are zero customers coming into the store, thus, I am unable to make the necessary commission I require just to support myself.
Retail Sales Associate:
Not bad as far as retail jobs go, but not ideal for family/work life balance. Culture is ok, compensation not awful for retail, however, nearly impossible to support more than yourself and management currently in large scale transition and so far has been pretty bumpy.
