Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor in Spokane Valley:
Alliance is a company of many problems. Highly siloed, communication is strained. Faced with high growth, systems & standardization lags behind. I’m here to fix these problems. I’m optimistic things will improve.
Engineering Supervisor:
Alliance pays pretty well and profit sharing does payout. The people are good, although not positioned to be collaborative or creative. The company is disorganized and undisciplined with little understanding of how process helps and organization. Designs/ Mechanical Engineering is poor and creates allot of waste on the shop floor. Berry Wehmiller purchased the company but left its original people. The culture is slow and unchanging in a corporate relationship that needs more agility.
