Allied Universal Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Allied Universal Corporation?
I deal with both customers and employees problems.
Security Supervisor in Boulder:
Pros: working
Cons: filling the schedule without having enough employees
It's a company that you can't be recognize at. The pay is ridiculously low for the amount of work you may do at your assign facility.
Security Officer in Chicago:
Pros: I love my work assignment.
Cons: I do not like the pay.
Allied Universal cheats and lies. NO BENIFITS NO FUTURE..
Security Officer in Atlanta:
Pros: Nothing.. I have been with Allied Universsl for 12 years and no promotion. I have trained several supervisors at my site. Have trained over40 people for my site alone.
Cons: Everything. Started out making 11.00 in 2009 and making 12.00 now. 16 year olds amaking more than someone with a college degree and a wartime vet
One other note... Allied and PwC after 7 years of no pay increases raised contract to 12.00 an hour. After 10 years I was making 11.50 an hour. The new people at site recoeved 1.00 raise. The creeps at Allied have me .60 cents after 10 years.
However Allied heldthe raises 6 months. The supervisor found out and we received back pay. The pay was messed up because I work at leat10 hours overtime.
Called is also a bully.. In2030 no vacation was allowed. They cheated 4.6 hours. This company is corrupt and should be investigated for racism ageism and veterans..
I like my job but when people calling off all the time and just leaving two people to close the mall up.
Security Officer in Indianapolis:
Pros: People I work with and my pay.
Cons: Communication between the director and assistant director supervisors into the security guards is terrible.
Am I rightly getting paid?
Security Supervisor in Lincolnton:
Pros: job security and providing a service that helps others.
Cons: sometimes there's a delay in communication
Terrible Upper Management.
Security Supervisor in Ocala:
Pros: My schedule
Cons: The pay is terribad and upper management seems to not have a clue on most subjects regarding operations, policy, and disciplinary actions.
Crappy place to work.
Security Officer in Rosemont:
Pros: "Some" managers are OK to work with.
Cons: Most managers don't work well with officers. Work hours are horrid.
