Pros: Most of my therapy Co-Workers
Cons: Poor communication, poor leadership, no accountability, no transparency, no direction
I feel that my hospital background skills are slipping away. Also, I'm not able to perform my supervisory job the way it should be due to having to be assigned as a charge nurse on one unit. Too many QMAs to oversee.

Busy.
Social Services Director in Vevay:

Cons: Covid and the stupid things they keep making us do. Like now they want us to wear badges stating if we have been vaccinated or not
Pick another company.
