Pros: I like when i get the employees to work together.
Cons: In the past, I had my whole staff, foh & boh, working together to run the store effortless. Then, a GM was placed there and she basically disassembled it, because it was mine. I transfered to another store, only to lose everything, I worked so hard to build.
