I really love what I do and who I work for.
Administrative Coordinator in Columbia:
Pros: Being able to interact with all level employees and have the opportunity to work on different projects at any given time. And most importantly the ability to learn and grow
Cons: My 10 years of hands on experience and taking classes to learn what I didnt know is still is not enough to get paid what my counterparts get paid with a bachelors degree right out of college.

Pros: My attorneys appreciate me.
Cons: My compensation is way below what I should be making. My salary is the same as it was 20 years ago. :(

Expectations for calls is are ridiculous, especially when callers are rude and disrespectful. We are the first contact and don’t get real support from field offices. We have little power and called out when calls are dropped.
Civil Servants give there all for the State of California.
