What is it like working at Bayada?

Better than Skilled Nursing.
Licensed Practical or Licensed Vocational Nurse in Fayetteville:
Pros: I’m not constantly in my feet and my ability to be patient-focused
Cons: There’s no interactions with office staff or other nurses.
Not a bad place to work.
Physical Therapist (PT) in Burlington:
Pros: Direct patient care
Cons: Unorganized office. Paid per point, no longer a salaried position
Rewarding but challenging.
Client Service Manager in Lancaster:
Pros: Positive and welcoming culture with room for growth
Cons: Extremely challenging and stressful. Takes a mental toll a lot of days.
It's amazing, I love it.
Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in Bennington:
Pros: The Bayada Team is amazing and I am honored to be apart of their team. Mainly I love caring for and being with my Clients, I feel like I'm making a difference in the client's life's and giving them hope, making them happy and comfortable.
Cons: The pay, I don't feel like I should get paid the same amount as a HHA when I'm an LNA and had to not only pay alot of money to take the classes and to do all that schooling and then having to pay for my License after passing the class when I can do alot more as in giving medication to clients if needed and having more experience, knowledge in how to care for clients properly when an HHA doesn't have to have any experience and didn't have to pay and work hard to get an LNA License and have to pay every 2yrs to renew their LNA License.
Clinical manager.
Clinical Manager in Tampa:
Pros: Making a difference in people’s lives, support of employees from corporate, company’s mission and it is a non for profit Company

A lot of Learning/Managing Opportunity.
