I've worked here for 2 years and its never been fully staffed and currently severely understaffed.
Medical Laboratory Technician in Dallas:
Pros: benefits

Fast paced and rewarding.
Physical Therapist Director in Allen:
Pros: Helping my patients get better
Cons: Not having enough time to get my managerial work done.
Fulfilling.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse in Fort Worth:
Pros: Watch the little tiny ones reach milestones
Cons: Productivity scale does not account for acuity
Satisfying.
Information Technology (IT) Director in Devine:
Pros: The people I work with and bringing value
Cons: Pay is not to scale
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Fort Worth:
Too many competing factors that hinder job completion. Compensation is meh. Upper leadership means well but is often aloof to what the struggles are at bedside. Some of the House supervisors are some of the meanest people I have ever had to work with. Vindictive and hateful.
You'll work hard!
Surgical Technologist in Fort Worth:
Pros: I work with great doctors and a great team.
Cons: Benefits aren't the best, PTO and sick leave are distributed separately so you cant use your sick leave unless you've been out sick at least 3 days and it cant be used when out for a sick family member, PTO accrual is terrible, havent been getting a bonus.
