Beaumont Health Reviews

What is it like working at Beaumont Health?

My Life as Charge.
Charge Nurse (RN) in Wayne:
Pros: The stability and my coworkers.
Cons: I don’t feel the units are treated fair. I am doing the job of 2-3 people everyday acquiring more responsibility but not being compensated thru pay.
It’s a job.
Histotechnologist in Dearborn:
Pros: That’s it’s close to home
Cons: That we have to choose between our lively hood or loose it due to a vaccination.
Lack of Compassion Towards Employees.
Front Desk Receptionist, Medical Office in Taylor:
Cons: Beaumont treats their employees like another number. Management doesn’t stand up for their employees because they have turned higher ups into corporate zombies.
Janitor in Dearborn:
The absolute worse place I e ever been employed. After being an employee for oakwood and watching it crumble amd "devolve" to this, is on par with watching a close family member rot from an incurable disease.
Dosimetrist in Farmington Hills:
Cons: Not enough staff. Need more help
Technicians and Beaumont are underpaid. They are all so undervalued. They are the hub of the pharmacies in the hospital we do all the work.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Detroit:
Pros: Vacation
Cons: Underpaid
I work so hard for $280 every two weeks. I'm sad because I've been with company 20 years work rain sleet snow holidays Hurricane. No raise still getting paid $8 hour.
Home Health Provider in Beaumont:
