Brown Paper Tickets Reviews

What is it like working at Brown Paper Tickets?

Lack of Trust from the Upper Management Was an Awful Problem.
Outside Sales Representative in Seattle:
Pros: The PTO was okay. Not great, but okay.
Cons: Upper management didn't trust anyone. They were reluctant to communicate effectively with different departments or department head because they didn't trust employees. This ridiculous approach led to terrible communication gap and chaos. They avoided all advice offered by supervisors and did whatever they liked. It's not working. Employees are getting disappointed and leaving! Only the leadership can fix the situation, but I know they won't!
