Maintenance Technician in Happy Valley:
Pros: My work has a variety of things day to day and I get to learn a lot about maintaining a property.
Cons: My pay is far below average and I am currently doing two jobs for the pay of one and it’s the lowest paying one. On top of that day one no experience employees doing half of my job get paid at least 1$-3$ more than I do. Also I have been trying to move up in the company and have been told that it’s harder to replace me in my position than the one I was applying for so I can’t move up.
Great environment especially for new innovative ideas.
