Carl's Jr. Reviews

What is it like working at Carl's Jr.?

Hard working.
Cashier in Boardman:
Pros: The customers and most of my coworkers.
Cons: The stress, and lack of communication, and the boss not listening to anyone.
It’s okay. The company is rude and when you make a mistake they won’t hesitate to yell at you.
Cashier in Meridian:
Pros: The people. I love working w people closer to my age and we always have a good time
Cons: Management. Money goes missing constantly and now I know why we don’t have any cameras
I loved my job;
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Grants Pass:
Pros: The banter back and forth between customers and myself.
Cons: Working night shifts. I need time with my husband who who runs two stations or GP Energy. He works the opening shifts Mondays through Friday. We need time together. I can work weekends, but I do not do closing shifts. My cutoff point is 7 O'clock.
Handling every single matter in restaurant including maintenance, inventory, hiring, briefin, product quality and ordering.
Restaurant Assistant Manager in Petaling Jaya:
Pros: team work
Cons: working extra hours without extra paying
Cashier:
Move with urgency. Yet we are short staffed all the time lately. Suppose to be 9 on shift but lately it’s been 4 of us taking on shifts. It’s a job. Pays weekly, great with scheduling, could pay more. Average pay is 12-15 an hour.. No overtime allowed.
