Clayton Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Clayton Corporation?
The good, The bad and The ugly.
Cost Analyst in Albuquerque:
Pros: The GM is very open to comments, concerns and feedback. The challenge of sifting through 20 years of costing guidance neglect is one puzzle I love working through and present new ideas and process that are generally nothing the company has seen and embraces.
Cons: The materials manager is a verbally abusive bully. I have no idea how he has been able to continue for 20+ years in his position or with the company. His knowlege of my position is nonexhistent. He cannot coach or manage my position, so I manage it with my extensive experience and knowledge. Which is not recognized by him. The GM is my main influence with respect of staying on and helping the company grow.
