Community Bank, N.A. Reviews
What is it like working at Community Bank, N.A.?
Engaging team leader providing financial guidance to the communities I serve.
Vice President & Branch Manager, Banking in Syracuse:
Pros: Autonomy, achievement, career development
Cons: Performance management and inefficiency
Refreshing and motivating environment.
Vice President & Branch Manager, Banking in Greene:
Pros: Positive work environment
Cons: Inconsistency across the footprint
Bank Teller in Hannibal:
CBNA is no longer a hometown bank. The hometown feeling is gone. Pay is horrible. When I was hired it was based on customer service. Now the only way to increase your paycheck is to sell credit cards. If I wanted to sell something, I would work in retail for a full 40 hour paycheck. The raises are terrible. They need to re-evaluate the wages. Branches wonder why there is such a big turnover. There is your answer.
Unappreciated and under paid.
Bank Teller in Hannibal:
Pros: My customers.
Cons: The pay is horrific! Asking for more money is a slap in the face. I am a teller who is doing Customer Service Representative’s job and being paid teller wages. But Human Resources only knows that I am a teller and not doing platform work!!
Undervalued Underpaid.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Wilkes-Barre:
Pros: No micromanaging, given tasks and getting them done, not having to sell a lot
Cons: Undervalued and underpaid
Vice President & Branch Manager, Banking in Utica:
Pros: Growth potential
Cons: Lack of communication, transparency, and career development. Lack of progressiveness.
