Pros: I like that things are always different, it does not seem repetitive. Each project I am involved in, I am always learning something new about different applications with in EPIC.
Cons: Sometimes we have to earn our placement and prove our work as necessary being in QA Testing.

Cons: Pay scale, not feeling like a valued employee, and lack of sincere communication with leadership other than my direct manager

Cons: We’re barely paid enough to survive, and we are overworked to the point of developing chronic health issues yet have bad insurance and low pay.

The culture of the patients and staff is very caring and you are taken care of as if you are part of one big family. Either patient of staff member everyone is treated with compassion and caring. Management is very understanding.
