What is it like working at DSI Security Services?

Security Manager in Austin:
Serious double standard between corporate executive team and standard officers and mid level managers. Will pay as little as possible even for managers and when request for pay increases are made regional managers make up every excuse as to why none will be given even thought the company revenue increased.

They are more concerned about what they can make for themselves and not paying their employees fair wage. Managers are expected to pay for expenses out of their own pocket and file expense reports that could take up to 3 weeks to get paid back and we had to use our own vehicles for company business but we're plaid a flat rate well below what was needed for the miles driven on a monthly basis.

Excellent team to work with. Directed team concept with established roles, responsibilities and expectations while allowing autonomy with decision making rights and embraces measurable employee accountability.
