Dental Select Reviews
What is it like working at Dental Select?
Good culture, some people too strongly opinionated.
Account Manager in Sandy:
Pros: I enjoy most of the people at DS, but management are definitely some of the best I have. My two managers are kind, and genuinely care about helping myself and others succeed.
Cons: The people on my team specifically do not like change, so when we try to change processes to grow they get upset. It’s frustrating when some of us want to increase our productivity by adjusting workflow processes and others pout until they have it their way.
Lots of responsibility, not a lot of pay.
Manager, Underwriting in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Every case is unique and provides a unique challenge
Cons: Overworked, under paid, and under appreciated.
