Pros: Communication and helping the patient
Cons: Having to reschedule the patients appointments because doctors are going to be out or they change their schedule

Pros: It isn’t a toxic environment and those are hard to find
Cons: Some incentives have gone away since we merged with catholic health services so that is disappointing
As a managed care department, we often have no clear guidelines as to job description and we often absorb work from other departments of the organization.

Cons: I constantly work 55 hours a week.

Pros: Assisting patients and families in getting the proper care they need to heal and returning home
Cons: The work load when covid hit bad the furlough ed one of the girls in the office and haven’t replaced her so the work load is extremely heavy it’s a 2 person job
Short staffed no breaks.

Pros: Helping make birth a special experience and Coworkers
Cons: Micro management no breaks
The culture is you are less then a doctor ( in every way not just education )
Physician Assistant (PA) in Woodland:
Pros: I love my colleges , I love providing care to my community, I enjoy Acute care.
Cons: My pay, that PAC are not respected very much, treated poor by other physicians.
