Assistant Store Manager in Franklin:
Pros: People in meet. My customers are awesome. I love to help people. Just can't be a nurse right now. So who enjoy helping others with finding a new hobby or a new pair of shoes. Constantly different situations so never boring and always requires an employee to think on their feet. To find new clever solutions to everyday issues.
Cons: No sense of belonging or as if I'm unimportant. No sense of a work family. No support or friendships. It makes for a lonely career and I'm really a people person.
Challenging.

It's got it's days. But for the most part , besides the petty drama I love the people I come in contact with everyday. It's teaching m a lot of skills I don't have before and helping m change ways I needed to work on years ago.
