I enjoy the slept and customers, my only issue is the pay is not enough for living wages and the company is nationwide.

Stressful, overwhelming, under staffed, employees are under paid and over worked. Not enough hours to give my team so they even survive. I work all the time never see my own family and I can't get caught up.
