Cons: Lack of wanting to better from the company. Lack of the leadership,worse I have ever seen
For a honest person who knows how to do the job, HORRIBLE.
Welder in Panama City:
Pros: It's in Florida
Cons: The lying, no wps, no leadership, terrible pay, cutting corners and not going by regulation, no training, have to pay for your tools in the tool room, no more pay for more certification. I would hate to work with the Coast Guard and have to use these boats, no QC ever inspects fitters work, Fitters don't clean their work for the welders.
Heavy Equipment Mechanic:
They are inconsiderate, do not pay well at all and do not like to give pay raises. They do not care about your needs only that you take care of them. They took away the Christmas bonus and keep uping the insurance. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
