Entercom Communications Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Entercom Communications Corporation?
Wildly overworked, underpaid.
Web Content Specialist in Washington:
Pros: It’s affords me just below a living wage in the field I’d like to be in.
Cons: There is zero understanding — between upper and middle management — how the sausage is made (entirely on the grunt work of the lower-level employees, with almost zero input from middle management).
Promotions Director:
While we have the opportunity to do a lot of very cool things, Promotions Directors are seriously under-valued. I am currently doing the work of three people and have not been compensated accordingly as my responsibilities have grown. I feel disposable which doesn't make for a great working environment.
Promotions Director:
Entercom Gainesville has alot of potential, but they simply don't have the resources to fully support their Promotions department. Their benefits are great, but compensation is sorely lacking. Management has your best interest in mind but lacks the ability to execute.
