Essentia Health Reviews
What is it like working at Essentia Health?
Tolerable.
Nursing Manager in Fargo:
Pros: The flexibility and team I lead. My direct supervisor is amazing.
Cons: The pay for workload is not unbalanced. There seems to be no real vision for the future and reactionary responses to any given stimulus.
Operations Manager in Duluth:
Pay is better than for the other health system in town. Well supported by upper management. It is a corporate hospital but less focused on margin than for profit health systems. Overall I'm proud to be a leader at Essentia Health.
Under appreciated.
Maintenance Engineer in Duluth:
Pros: Knowing that behind the scenes, I am making the hospital a safer environment for patients
Cons: Under appreciated for the work that I do, looked down on by upper management, no reward for doing better or going above and beyond
Satisfies.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Duluth:
Pros: Great co workers
Cons: Too frequent change
