Fannie May Reviews

What is it like working at Fannie May?

A lot to handle.
Retail Sales Associate in Westmont:
Pros: Being able to work and feel free to talk openly with my fellow associates and continue to have the job for about 2 years now.
Cons: I was able to be heard by my first manager but since she has moved on to another job, my new manager isn’t working too much with hearing people out. She clearly has favored employees and it makes everyone at the location uncomfortable. I also have to act as a manager by training new employees, fill out managers paperwork, cover for my manager when she’s not in the store, needing to collect inventory, and needing to help with making schedules and signing off on deliveries.
