Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc.?
Challenging with opportunity to manage your own customer relationships.
Operations Manager in Austin:
Pros: Ongoing opportunities to develop, financially stable company.
Cons: Pay Transparency
Good environment to work. Laid back and not micro managed. High demand with low reward. No transparency on career path.
Inside Sales Representative in Knoxville:
Pros: People. Flexibility.
Cons: Pay. “Qualification” for promotion. Does not matter how clear it is that people around you don’t care to do their own job proficiently. As long as you know someone, or have a connection to a business that is beneficial to the bottom line, you’re stuck. True ability and desire is not actually recognized unless you fit the mold. All ambition is quickly diminished as there is absolutely no clarity on anything of the future. Just keep plugging away and maybe it might work out. Anything above and beyond will never be recognized.
Underpaid employees.
Warehouse Associate in Wasilla:
Pros: Nothing at all! The manager is a joke, the supervisor is a immature pot head
Cons: The supervisor is related to the manager, so there isn't anything wrong he can do. With that being said no one like myself can move up. I'm done with Ferguson and seeking employment else where.
Great people, great company.
Credit Manager in New York:
Pros: Strong emphasis on learning and good opportunity for upward mobility
Cons: PTO is unnecessarily complicated, pay not very transparent
Software Engineer in Atlanta:
Good company overall. They treat their people well. It is a large company sometimes there are weird politics but they do not ruin the overall experience of working here. Compensation is pretty good but the benefits are top tier. If you are thinking about working here you will not be disappointed.
Feel like a boss.
Branch Manager, Wholesale Distributor in Miami:
Pros: Managing operations and executing and growing sales
Cons: Customer service issues
Cumbersome.
Human Resources (HR) Manager in Fort Payne:
Pros: The ability to try to make a change in the associates work frustrations
Cons: Absolutely no communication, feeling like the outsider, the mom, spoken to as I'm incompetent or ignored completely
