Flow Science Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Flow Science Inc.?
Stressful.
Software Engineering Manager in Santa Fe:
Pros: The work itself and the product/application area is really interesting
Cons: Its very unorganized and I think unnecessarily stressful. As someone who with a software engineering/computing background, it is really upsetting to me how often we are instructed or forced to cut corners on things that we have been trained to do the opposite. I think this has stunted my growth and my ability to be a better software developer and software engineering manager.
Mechanical Engineer in Santa Fe:
Flow Science is a place of underpaid employees, gender based discrimination, visa based discrimination and a CEO that screams at its employees. Sales and marketing practices are cunning (and weak at times). For a company in CFD business, innovation should be at the forefront. But innovation is missing and the complete focus is to make sales, by hook or crook. Pros: the people facing all this try to be supportive and help each out.
