Heartland Dental Care Reviews

What is it like working at Heartland Dental Care?

Unequal.
Operations Manager in Chambersburg:
Pros: The patients we serve and the team I work with
Cons: Lack of transparency. Unequal pay within the same role
Overall a good experience.
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) in Indianapolis:
Pros: I get to help people and work on teeth
Cons: I do not get paid enough and I do not Often feel appreciated by my peers
Mediocre.
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Nashville:
Pros: Healthcare benefits are decent.
Cons: No 401k match. Raises are hardly enough to keep up with inflation. You’ll get 2% if you’re lucky and that is based on hourly production. So if you want a raise you should clock out when u have a hole. They have made it harder to get pto. We get no sick days and no pay for maternity leave. Management is extremely passive aggressive in my particular office. A lot of pressure to sell fl and ocs.
Over worked and under appreciated.
Accountant in Effingham:
Pros: The people and the company is pretty good just feel I am underpaid
Cons: Under paid
