Hopebridge Reviews

What is it like working at Hopebridge?

The lives we change are the reason I stay..
Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Indianapolis:
Pros: Helping the families I serve
Cons: the corporate mindset that focuses more on money than the families or employees wellbeing.
Busy, Chaotic, and Confusing.
Clinic Office Manager in Phoenix:
Pros: Relaxed attire and environment Making a difference in families' lives with children on the spectrum Helping team members grow and achieve their goals
Cons: Unclear position expectations Lack of reinforcement and plenty of punishment Lack of help from regional team Out-of-order operations No clear communications process for potential families Have to pick up other people's slack
Challenging but Rewarding.
Registered Behavior Technician in Merrillville:
Pros: Watching the kiddos learn!! I’ve have the amazing experience of teaching children that were considered Non-Verbal, how to communicate theirs wants and needs whether that be through, pointing, PECS, Assistive tech, Signing, and even talking..... that’s what I like the most. Hopebridge runs a nice balance of structure and natural play. I’ve been in three clinics and by far and I like it here.
Cons: Company policies. And working with all women. We can be, well, you know....
Registered Behavior Technician in Kokomo:
Working with the kids is great, seeing progress is amazing! The pay could be improved, drama could stop, better employees hired, favorites should not be played, staff sectioning off, pto and holidays increased would better the atmosphere.
